More Tulips from Sara-J

Dear Sara-J Collector, Poised on the brink of 2004, I would like to extend my very best wishes to all of you for a happy, healthy and prosperous new year. Following the successful launch of my site three months ago, here is an update of the latest developments. Jump to it everyone and take advantage of my one-off, end-of-year special offer: all orders placed via www.sara-j.com before the end of January 2004 will be awarded a 25% discount off the price quoted, and this includes packaging and international shipment charges. Just surf to the New Works tab on left-hand menu bar, and enter your e-mail address after pressing More Detail on the artwork you wish to order. This initiates my interactive sales process and you will hear from me ASAP to confirm further details regarding payment and shipment. If you wish to purchase already-sold works displayed under Recent Works, just let me know and I'll check my portfolio for remaining works in the editioned series. It's freezing here in my new studio near Amsterdam in Holland, so send me lots of orders to make sure I don't get frostbite or re-enlist for an even more challenging Dutch course, or heaven forbid, my heavy-duty Dutch drivers licence. Not to mention working on my new series Women in Windows. If you click on New Works you will see four of my latest oil paintings: two tulip oils of differing dimensions, a small-format sunflowers oil and... Bonka4Casper - a delightful scene depicting lovers a la Kama Sutra, which has unfortunately already been sold and can be viewed under Recent Works. I've also been busy complementing the comprehensive selection of original, limited edition etchings available - see New Works or Etchings. In the course of January 2004, I will also be adding images of several large-format Life Drawings. You must visit Recent Works or Oil Paintings and enjoy Bath Decadence, a colourfully erotic, indulgent, autumn canal-side bath scene, the first in the Women in Windows series, sold recently to one of my London-based collectors. Additionally, on the very day my site went live, the only oil painting then available on the site, with the exception of my transcontinental commission Maureen's Glads, was snatched up as a surprise Christmas gift (see Oil Paintings - Cape Town Lillies) for a very lucky lady. I have received several visitors from far and wide at my new studio and look forward to hearing if you're interested in seeing my works in progress. If logging on to www.sara-j.com goes a bit slowly, pressing Escape and then Enter certainly helps speed things up a bit - technical glitches soon to be sorted out. In any event, I'd really appreciate it if you would acknowledge receipt of this digital newsletter by sending me a brief message via the Contact tab in the left-hand menu bar. I look forward to hearing from you and any comments or commissions are welcome. Keep me painting! Kindest regards, Sara-J
